Boston Briefcase Company FAQ

Boston Briefcase Company is an e-tail operation based in Massachusetts. We have only recently become established, but we have a long tradition of service in the travel goods industry.

Beginnings. Our founder was an integral part of a successful Internet technology team that helped a real-world luggage and gift retailer make the jump to e-tail business in 1996. He left in 2005 to begin Boston Briefcase Company with a focus on supplying more personalized attention to customers and more services to corporate customers in particular.
Focus. We have started our company with a focus on putting new technology service tools to work for our corporate customers. In addition, we're focused on bringing top-notch customer service to all our individual customers.
Expansion. We hope to continue to expand our operations in the future, offering more service, more products and greater functionality for the customer.
