Boston Briefcase Company FAQ
Boston Briefcase Company is an e-tail operation based in Massachusetts. We have only recently become established, but we have a long tradition of service in the travel goods industry.
- Beginnings. Our founder was an integral part of a successful Internet technology team that helped a real-world luggage and gift retailer make the jump to e-tail business in 1996. He left in 2005 to begin Boston Briefcase Company with a focus on supplying more personalized attention to customers and more services to corporate customers in particular.
- Focus. We have started our company with a focus on putting new technology service tools to work for our corporate customers. In addition, we're focused on bringing top-notch customer service to all our individual customers.
- Expansion. We hope to continue to expand our operations in the future, offering more service, more products and greater functionality for the customer.
