Lifetime Warranty and repair
Each Jack Georges® product comes with a lifetime warranty. This warranty entitles the buyer to repairs due to defective parts and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the life of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes scratches, stains or abnormal abuse of the materials. This warranty is not designed to be used as a replacement policy through the manufacturer. Product maintenance or refurbishing is available for a nominal charge.

In the unlikely event that your Jack Georges® product should need repair, claims should be processed directly through their repair department. Their policy is simple. Once the item is sent back to them, it is repaired and shipped directly back to you within 24 hours of receipt. Please send any repair item prepaid to:

Note: Damage caused by a common carrier is, by federal law, the carrier's responsibility and must be claimed with the carrier at the time it occurs.
