Return Policy
Boston Briefcase Company has done its best to provide first class customer service. And we greatly appreciate your business. However, we realize that not every purchase is going to be satisfactory to you, so we provide the following return options.
- Free Returns within 30 days. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, simply send back the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price. We're sorry, but we cannot refund your shipping if any charges are incurred.
- Holiday Returns. We have an extended holiday return policy that extends from November 21st to January 21st of the following year. Simply return the unused product in its original packaging by January 21st for a full refund of the purchase price. Again, we're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges.
- Manufacturer's Warranties If you have a damaged product and it was not damaged in shipping or from the factory, please consult the manufacturer's warranty card that came with your purhcase.
- Final Sales Any customized item including stamped, embossed or modified items are final sales and cannot be returned. Price-matched purchases and disontinued items may only be returned for a store credit.
