ALL RIMOWA SALES ARE FINAL. These cases may not be returned.

Warranty Policy

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects. Should you believe you have a defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will promptly replace, repair or credit upon inspection. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

Note: Damage caused by a common carrier is, by federal law, the carrier's responsibility and must be claimed with the carrier at the time it occurs.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00. We make this offer to our customers shipping packages within the contiguous United States. You do not have to request our standard FREE SHIPPING, or specify it. It is automatically applied to all qualifying orders. The only things you need to be aware of regarding this policy are...

1. It must be going to a domestic destination within the contiguous USA
2. The order total must be over $100.00.
3. You must not select another shipping method. (Priority, Overnight, 3-day, 2-day. Selection of any alternative shipping method will automatically disqualify you for free shipping)

All other shipping methods and destinations must be selected at checkout and will be charged as estimated at checkout. Our shopping cart will automatically apply shipping charges and allow you to see the shipping total at checkout. Please don't get us wrong, we would love to be able to offer free shipping around the world and especially to Alaska and Hawaii. We do appreciate your business, but it's just not economically feasible for us to do so at this time.
