Limited Lifetime Warranty

Sumdex warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship.

In case there is a defect in materials or workmanship, Sumdex will repair or replace (at the manufacturer's discretion) the product with a comparable model. Should you have a question, or need repair, simply contact us, explaining the defect and we'll direct you to Sumdex so a customer service representative can inform you where to mail your luggage, prepaid for warranty evaluation.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00. We make this offer to our customers shipping packages within the contiguous United States. You do not have to request our standard FREE SHIPPING, or specify it. It is automatically applied to all qualifying orders. The only things you need to be aware of regarding this policy are...

1. It must be going to a domestic destination within the contiguous USA
2. The order total must be over $100.00.
3. You must not select another shipping method. (Priority, Overnight, 3-day, 2-day. Selection of any alternative shipping method will automatically disqualify you for free shipping)

All other shipping methods and destinations must be selected at checkout and will be charged as estimated at checkout. Our shopping cart will automatically apply shipping charges and allow you to see the shipping total at checkout. Please don't get us wrong, we would love to be able to offer free shipping around the world and especially to Alaska and Hawaii. We do appreciate your business, but it's just not economically feasible for us to do so at this time.
